Questions
- When does it ship?
- Pre-orders reserve a unit from the first batch, in order. Everyone who reserves gets the ship date by email as soon as it’s confirmed.
- What’s your refund policy?
- Full pre-pay today. If we don’t ship, or you change your mind before your unit ships, you get a 100% refund — no questions asked.
- Does it need the internet?
- No. Download your courses and books over any connection, then study fully offline for weeks. It syncs your notes and progress whenever you’re back online.
- What comes on it?
- Access to the 150,000-book ilmpro library, Shanqiti courses, Quran with recitation audio, and the reading, notes and sync tools — all pre-loaded and ready.
- Can I install other apps on it?
- No — and that’s the point. It’s a dedicated device for ʿilm, with no app store and no browser. Focus is the feature.
- Who’s behind it?
- ilmpro — the team behind the 150,000-book library. Lawh brings that library, and the courses built on it, to e-ink.
